Mornington Estate

This large residential development included a number of different housing models within the estate. The overall estate design brought the streetscape together in a cohesive framework creating a comfortable pedestrian and resident friendly environment. The central community space included landscaped swimming pool and tennis court area. The main vehicular entry is inviting opening up vistas across feature gardens over to Harris Creek riparian corridor.
